Q. Is it possible to extend the time period of a live job?
Answer: It works using the Bootstrap 4 collapse component with cards to make a vertical accordion that expands and collapses as questions are toggled.
Q. What are the conditions for reposting a job?
Answer: Employers can just extend the deadline of the job post if they want more applicants to apply for the job post. But if the recruitment process has finished & Employer has finalized the candidates then that specific Job recruitment will be finished. Employers can post a new job with the same title and same job description but it will be treated as a whole new job.
Q. Am I able to edit any of my live jobs ?
Answer: Yes, Employers can edit any of the live jobs. Go to the “Edit” option under “My Jobs” tab in Employer Dashboard.
Q. What are the fields I can edit for a live job?
Answer: You can edit all the fields of a live job.
Q. What does “Pending” mean?
Answer: it means that your job is waiting for approval from the InCaM team.
Q. Is it possible to change company name, if yes then how?
Answer: Go to the Employer dashboard. From My Company, Employers can edit your company's information if they want.
Q. In how many ways can I get an applicant's CV through InCaM job posting?
Answer: In two ways you can collect candidates' CVs through InCaM:
  • a. CV/Resume built following InCaM’s very own built-in resume structure.
  • b. If an Employer has attached an Email address in the Job Context then he can get CVs in that email as well. Attachment of CV
Q. How long will a job remain live on InCaM?
Answer: Till your given deadline.
Q. Is it possible to post a job without mentioning my company name?
Answer: No, creating a company is required.
Q. Is it possible to post a job in more than one category? If yes, then how?
Answer: No, it's not possible.
Q. When will a job stop showing in the Job Listing page?
Answer: After the deadline is over the job will stop showing in the Job listing page.
Q. Can a live job be deleted?
Answer: Once the job is live Employer can’t delete the job. But if the Employer reduces the deadline then after the deadline is finished the job won’t be live and visible in Job Listing.
Q. How can I see only the new applicants after my last log in ?
Answer: You can sort the Applicants from newest to oldest from the Applicant list of a job post.
Q. What activities can be done using this system?
Answer: In InCaM recruitment process Employers can conduct the hiring process online from the office desk. There are several steps to a job recruitment process and all of them could be done in a systematic way through InCaM Recruitment services-

Q. In the recruitment process, how many steps will I be able to create?
Answer: There are 3 types of recruitment . you can add as many steps as you like from these 3 types.
Q. What is a Shortlist?
Answer: Shortlist is an option to choose the initial candidates at the initial stage of the recruitment process. Employers can shortlist the candidates directly by clicking the button beside the candidates names. This will allow the employers to shortlist all the candidates who would be initially selected, which would have been very time consuming if the employers had done the real-life recruitment process manually. You can take the Shortlist option if you need a multi-level shortlisting.
Q. How can I notify candidate's about the interview schedule?
Answer: Automatic email will be generated and sent to candidates to notify.
Q. How to shortlist the applicants initially?
Answer: Employers can select or reject candidates for the next step by clicking on the Shortlisting button if they have already added a step.
Q. Can I reject a candidate after putting him/her in the shortlist?
Answer: Yes. You can reject any candidate using the Remove button to eliminate him/her from the shortlist.
Q. Can I make a final shortlist before hiring?
Answer: Yes. You can make a Final shortlist before hiring.
Q. Can I select recruitment steps without taking the shortlist?
Answer: Yes, as a matter of fact you can.
